Posting Jobs
The posting process draws from the company’s organization structure process and allows the user to create a posting with positions requirements and description.
Via your own public website you have the ability to post new job postings that potential applicants can apply to online with a full application process,
producing an online resume for review.
Processing Applicants
The user can fully control the processing of applicants by filtering basic information that the applicant has entered. The user has the ability to view in both
business card format with a picture or view and print a resume to assess the applicant. They are able to automatically send correspondences via the system that
can alert the applicant by e-mail for an interview and provide them the ability to select a variety of pre-set times that best suit their schedule, or to e-mail
a rejection letter or offering them an actual job position.
Interviewing Applicants
The interview process allows the user to create interview times for a single type interview at a set time or for multiple mass interviews that applicants can attend.
Once the applicant is successful the system is fully integrated to auto accept their information into the HR system.
