Training
Via the company organization management section each position can be assigned training modules required for that position.
Once an applicant is successful in joining the company the task of training them in their specific role is required.
The system comes with a user defined rule based training management solution, along with a training records tracking process sophisticated enough for the
most complicated of training regimes.
The training system is built to auto alert based on recurring rules and requirements along with a schedule management system to provide classroom or online
training sessions for both employees as well as instructors. The system allows the management of locations and travel requirements to and from the training locations.
 Sessions
The training session section allows the user to view and create scheduled training for required personnel. The system can automatically
advise the user to see when a specific person requires training or if a specific module is required to be taken by specific person. The
user can view the calendar year of all training sessions that have been taken as well as all planned upcoming sessions. They have the
ability to view what modules are in the session as well as who is instruction g the session and who is being taught the session.
Training Types
The training types give the ability for the user to create categories or types such as Flight, Ground, Sales or Technical etc.
Training Modules
The training modules section allows the user to create user defined training modules with a name, description and many other
identifying characteristics. The system allows the user to select the equipment required to teach the user the required module.
Training Docs
The training documents can be any of the required training materials to teach the modules loaded. These can be PDF, DOC, XLS, PPT, type files and can be uploaded and viewed electronically.
Lesson Plans
The lesson plans section allows the user to create a collection of training modules they wish to teach at any one point in time. The system allows
the user to select the number of days that they wish to space the pre-defined timed modules will take to teach.
Locations
The locations section allows the user to pre-define the training locations used to teach lesson plans for sessions.
Equipment
The user has the ability to create and edit a listing of equipment required to teach given lesson plans. Being a classroom with a projector to and aircraft
simulator or firefighting equipment.
Training Records
The training records section allows the user to view the specific training records of an individual or individuals. The system allows the user to review the instructor
that passed the training module as well as view the results of any exams they had taken.
