Crew Planning
Planning contains crew section and flight parameters on airlines and airports required for planning purposes. The crew section
contains reports to view crew hours, crew log books, per diem calculations and crew requirements forecasting tool along with
tracking cosmic radiation. Schedule generator contains the controls for the bidding system auto crew system. Pairing scenario
tool allows the user to create different versions of pairing scenarios for planning purposes. Crew Duty parameters section is
the tool containing the rules for the crew scheduling system along with pairing parameters controlling the rules for creating pairings.
 Pairing Scenarios
Pairing Scenarios screen allows the user to create multiple pairing scenarios from pre-made schedule scenarios from marketing or
using the live version of the master schedule. The user is able to create a list of pairings by either a group of single flights
or repeat them over a season on a weekly basis. The system will pre-load based on previous history recommended positioning Hotels
and transportation required. The user has the ability per flight to augment individual flights with varying crew numbers. Also set
language minimums required.
Crew Req'ts
The crew requirements section allows the user to calculate the number of crews required per pairing scenarios created. Adjustments
for sick LOA vacation, average number of credit hrs per position and per airport of Ops can entered to allow the user to understand
to approximate number of crew required to staff the pairing scenario.
Reserve Blocks
The system allows the user to create during each month pre determined reserve block hours for crews to assigned to. These reserve
blocks can be assigned per position per day in timed blocks the user determines is required.
Crew Duty Parameters
The system allows the user to assign the company rules it requires for various duty parameters. The user is also able to view the
standard and select the version of government regulatory requirements per jurisdictions, such as the EU / CAA, TC, FAA.
Pairing Parameters
The Pairing parameter screen allows the user to adjust the requirements selected per pairing.
Sched Generator
The sched generator allows the crew planner to control the opening of bidding process as well as the auto crew assignment for both pilot and cabin crew groups.
Bidding
This screen allows the crew planner to open and close bidding process
Cabin Crew Auto Crew
This screen allows the crew planner to start and stop the auto crew assignment process for Cabin Crew.
Pilot Auto Crew
This screen allows the crew planner to start and stop the auto crew assignment process for Pilots.
