Human Resources

Human Resources contains a system to control and manage employee’s records, including tracking vacation time, sick days, training records and required documents along with work status and history. The system allows users to view various reports on many aspects of employee management.

Employees
The Employees section allows the user to view various access restricted sections for each employee. The tracking and setup of items such as time off, contact information, documentation, training records and many other items.

Reports
The reports section allows you to view various pre-built reports based on all or filtered groups as required.

Company Mgmt
The company management section is a process of creating and managing the company organization structure and allowing the ability to assign both access rights as well as job descriptions and training required per position.

Parameters

Documents
The system allows the user to create any form or type of document required by an employee to do their job. The system allows the user to create the setup for reminding the employee in the event the document has an expiry. Documents like passports, airport passes etc.

Forms
The user has the ability to create a form name of their choice that they can assign tasks and items to in the event of hiring or terminating employees. These forms are accessible via the employee records or reporting functions.

Form Items
The form items allows the user to create a list of items that are required upon hiring or terminating employment that allows the user to use as a checklist to both alert, order or cancel items as required.

Work Weeks
The system allows the user to create and set standard times as work weeks for the use of scheduling and calculating basic pay periods for employees.

Leave Types
The system allows the user to set the standard leave types allowed by the company. For example leaves types such as parental, short term disability etc.

Employee Status
The employee status section allows the user to set the types of employment statuses they have. Such as full time part time, contract etc.

Stat Holidays
The stat holiday’s section allows the user to set the Statutory holidays the company uses based on the Jurisdiction the employee is working.

Jurisdictions
The system allows the user to set the various jurisdictions that employees are legally bound by and where they are working.

Fiscal Years
The fiscal years allows the user to set the financial fiscal year for the company.

Vacation Years
The vacation years allows the user to set the dates of when the company sets its vacation year process.
