Customer Relations

The customer relations system allows the users to either create a turnkey online environment for clients to communicate with the company via the public website or simply using the administration system to record, track and respond to customer relation issues.

Case Files
A system of case files has been created to allow the user to create or to review and administrate specific customer concerns. From this system the full history of an issue can be carefully tracked and assigned the correct issue codes allowing future reporting to be made in real time.

Assign Cases
The assign cases section allows a user to pre assign the case file load to various individuals that work within the customer relations section allowing for a more even workflow.

Reports

Case File Status
The case files status report allows the user to view the volume of case files that are in the system and the number of issues that are being created in real time.

Case File Analysis
The case file analysis report allows the user to analyze the amount of issues they are experiencing by specific product grouping, such as by routing, aircraft, airport or specific flight date.

Refund Analysis
The refund analysis report allows the user to view the amount of funds that has been refunded by all the specific product groupings, such as routing, aircraft, airport or specific flight date.

Refund Compensation Tracking
Refund compensation allows the users to view the specific refunds given by case file.

Credit Compensation Tracking
The credit compensation if for companies wishing to issue a credit instead of issuing in the form of monetary funds.

Compensation Approval
The compensation approval process allows managers to maintain a level of approval for all forms of compensation being issued back to customers.

Compensation Cancelation
The compensation cancelation process allows a user to cancel a requested refund before it has been approved.

Template Letters
The template letters section allows the user to create and manage pre-defined response letters and answers and enables the user to group them by category.
