Position Management
The system allows the user to assign an employee with a primary position as well as numerous sub positions that the employee could be tasked with.
This allows for real world environments where employees are managing multiple roles within their organizations.
Employee Contact Information
Employee information can be kept from passport names versus nick names, address, voice/fax, e-mail/messaging information, languages spoken etc.
Employee memos and auto messaging and alerting are all included.
Status of Employment
The tracking of employee status from full time versus part time to retired to terminated, to contract full time to contract part time are all included.
Also the system comes with a full check listing of items and documents and services that are required to be tracked or ordered based on when an employee's
status has changed. This better enables the user to control communicate with large numbers of employees flowing though a company with ease.
