Silver Travel Advisor
Background
Silver Travel Advisor is a new website concept in offering Travel, Holiday and Leisure Reviews and Personal Travel Advice for Mature Travelers. Based in London UK and run by a group of industry veterans, Silver Travel Advisor offers a fresh new uncluttered look to the older internet traveler. Visitors can share reviews and advice with one another allowing for an exchange of high quality information between mature travelers.
Needs
Silver Travel Advisor management had previously worked with SysAIO and knew that they could rely on both the expertise and experience of SysAIOs team to build and deliver on time and on budget. Silver Travel required a whole new system to collect reviews as well as maintain a membership process. The site earns its revenue from advertising and required a management system for the placement and display of the ads on the site. Overall Silver Travel Advisor required a customized solution that could not be bought off the shelf.
Solution
SysAIO used its existing CorAIO platform as a base for the silver travel administration system. By utilizing the CorAIO system as a base with security and supplier customer database structures built, SysAIO was able to concentrate its efforts in to building the required functionality that Silver Travel Advisor needed. The system that was developed consisted of complex search functions along with a full approval processing of reviews and members. In addition a partners system was built to allow Silver Travel to administrate these processes.
Result
Silver Travel Advisor is now actively promoting the site with it becoming a valuable tool for mature travelers to use when deciding where and when to travel. SysAIO continues to work with the Team at Silver Travel Advisor in building more tools and interactive functionality for this great new site. Both teams have worked tremendously well together developing this site and look forward to a continuing bright future.
